Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the records in their original mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to prevent warping or corner dings during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send the items back to our warehouse location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned media for quality, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
